Please DO NOT make an appointment with this company
Currently I am only able to carry out work at properties where my dog is welcome to join me.
As you have stated you do not want a dog in your home, you will need to find an alternative company to help you.
For your convenience I have added a button below that will open a new window in your browser and search google for a 'Plumber near me'.
Sorry I can't be of more help but my dogs wellbeing takes priority over anything else.

Technical Advice:
As a professional company we make significant investments in frequent training, to ensure we are always up-to-date with the latest gas and water regulations as well as legionnaires disease prevention guidelines.
As I am sure you can imagine, the mandatory training required to become a professional in a specific area (Lets take gas for example) is not a cheap process.
However when a company then decides to make it a company policy for all engineers to undergo further, advanced training to ensure they are capable of rectifying their clients problems as quickly and as efficiently as possible, the cost to the company rises significantly and these costs are then reflected in the companies fees.
Whilst the advanced training means our installation services may not be within the budget of some individuals, it shouldn't mean you have to put the health & wellbeing of those living in the property at risk due to sub-standard work resulting from a lack of knowledge.
To help reduce this risk we can provide technical advice that you can then implement yourself if you are undertaking some DIY. Alternatively the information can be relayed to your Plumber, Builder, Handyman, Kitchen Fitter or whoever will be doing the work for you.
We provide Technical Advice in the following areas:
Central Heating Fault Finding.
Sometimes your Gas Engineer may be struggling to find a fault and a fresh pair of eyes can help.
With a wealth of knowledge in this area we can usually diagnose the fault within the hour and provide your engineer with a course of action to remedy the situation.
For safety reasons, we will only provide information on how to repair a gas appliance to a gas safe registered engineer. If you do not have one, you can make an appointment for our Central Heating Repair service on this site and we will rectify the fault for you.
Leak Detection.
Alongside traditional methods we also use thermal imaging technology to help locate water leaks.
New Kitchen Installations.
You would be amazed how often a new kitchen layout can result in a gas appliance being classified as unsafe.
Cooking appliances can be installed too near to a combustable surface and cause a fire. - (This one is surprisingly common!)
Boilers get placed in cupboards that are too small or behind panels where they cannot be accessed and consequently when they breakdown (Or just have their annual service.), your nice new kitchen needs to be taken apart to gain access to the inside of the boiler.
When arriving at a property to service a boiler and it is discovered the kitchen needs to be partially disassembled to access the inside of the boiler, some companies (Exclusive Trades is one such company) will either allow you five minutes to remove the kitchen unit/cupboards yourself, or charge a call-out fee for their time and re-schedule your boiler service for a later date when the boiler can be accessed. - As the company will have other appointments scheduled in that day, they will not have sufficient time to disassemble your kitchen, service your boiler and then re-assemble it again after.
Sometimes you may find your boiler is one that cannot be located in a cupboard. (A kitchen designer/fitter will not know this) consequently when you have your boiler serviced or it breaks down, the gas supply to your boiler may need to be disconnected until such time as the kitchen unit(s) are removed
If you are having a new kitchen installed and your kitchen contains gas appliances, I cannot emphasise how valuable this service is!
Extensions to your property.
Having a conservatory or other extension added to your property can impact the ventilation requirements for your gas appliances and render them unsafe to be used.
An example of this is a local builder who installed a consevatory that was too close to the boiler flue (Chimney) and consequenlty the boiler became unsafe and needed to be relocated at a cost of thousands of pounds!
New Bathrooms.
I'm sure you have seen it yourself whilst scrolling through Facebook, that post where someone has posted pictures of their new bathroom installation that they got their local handyman/general builder to install for them because they were cheaper than the 'Water Regulation Qualified/Approved' plumber.
Whilst they are clearly very happy with how it looks, I can't help but wonder if they would be so happy if they knew how bad the installation actually was?
Many of the installations I see on Facebook not only fail to meet Water Regulation requirements, which puts the people living in the property (and any guests they may have visiting?) at risk of becoming sick due to consuming contaminated water, the installers lack of knowledge and desire to keep the costs down often creates the perfect enviroment for legionella bacteria to thrive!
If you are unaware, Legionella bacteria causes 'Legionnaires Disease' which is a potentially fatal illness caused by breathing in contaminated water droplets that form whenever you turn on a tap or shower.
New Mixer Taps.
Replacing a set of mixer taps seems simple enough, however if the installer is not a 'Water Regulation Qualified/Approved' installer this can easily lead to those in the home becoming sick due to consuming contaminated drinking water (even if the tap is not in a position that you would usually drink from.)
In addition to the risk of illness, I have personally repaired a number of installations where incorrectly installed taps lead to leaks and sometimes, severe flooding just a couple of years after their installation because of a simple mistake.
