Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons.

• Receiving reminder messages

We use the information that you have given us in order to complete the booking process and the work you have requested.

We keep your name, address, phone number & email for 18 months unless we are legally required to keep it for longer such as with gas safety certificates.

We will then dispose your information be deleting you from our hard drive.
