Our lock picking/opening service is priced at a premium rate, comes with a 'No Open - No Fee' guarantee and is only available for properties within Eastbourne, East Sussex.
What this means is, if we are unable to open your lock for you, we will refund your payment.
For crime prevention purposes, before we pick open a lock, we will require ID to verify it is your property that we are providing you access to.
Where you do not have ID with the address of the property, perhaps it's a rental property you own and need to gain access? In these instances we will simply take your photo. (This will be deleted after 30 days).
Picking a lock isn't like you see on TV. Sometimes if the lock is worn it can open quite easily, but on other occassions it can take quite a while, particularly if you have a high security lock.
