If you have a gas leak, making an appointment for our 'Diagnostic Service' will enable us to attend your property, identify the leak and provide you with options to re-establish your gas supply as soon as possible.
Sometimes the gas emergency service will be able to locate the leak for you, however we will still need to attend your property to diagnose the best course of action.
Having provided you with repair options, if you would like us to proceed with the work, we will take the necessary payments via Chip & Pin for the materials and their installation and get to work resolving your problem.
Our Gas Leak Diagnostic service is charged at £97 and you can make your appointment online 24 hours a day by clicking the big green button below.
No, some gas leaks will require replacement materials to rectify the leak.
This appointment covers our time to attend your property, locate the leak and provide you with a fixed price solution to your problem.
When it comes to gas leaks we offer a diagnostic service to locate the leak which is charged at £97.00 and is payable when making your appointment.
For simple repairs where no materials are required, there will be an addtional cost of £90.00 due as our standard appointment fee is £187.00.
For anything else, we will provide you with a price for the completion of the work.
We will never undertake any additional work without your payment/approval, meaning you are always in control of the final costs.
In accordance with gas safety guidelines we will leave the gas supply isolated and safe until sufficent funds are available.
No. All of our appointments are made online and are only confirmed on our system when the payment process has been completed.
